Pavona Parlor - Our Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to us, and it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.


Please review our policy below:

  • 48-Hour Notice: Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours' notice will not be charged.

  • Less than 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service cost.

  • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without any notification, you will be charged the full (100%) cost of the service.

To cancel or reschedule, please call us directly at 843.593.0080. We kindly ask that you do not use email or social media for time-sensitive cancellations.


We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, thus better serving everyone.
